During the exhibition, there will be three interactive brunch events featuring a special selection of Taiwanese teas curated by Tokyo Saikenchaso matched with Spanish pinchos (traditional Spanish finger foods) and desserts made by Fumi Furuta, who has 30 years of experience in Spanish cooking. Tokyo Saikenchaso is Taipei’s interactive space for cultural exchange and co-creation, and these events give guests the opportunity to experience the beautiful marriage of traditional tea and Spanish gastronomy.
